AIM OF THE PROJECT

Is a project intended to prevent the marginalization of individuals by ensuring the integration of disadvantaged individuals into society with innovative education and non-formal education methods.

IMPLEMENTATION

Activities target individuals coming from different social-cultural backgrounds such as asylum seekers and local children, young people, children with disabilities or in orphanages, homeless young people, Syrian and local women in need. Activities based on non formal learning methods. 

CONTRIBUTION OF VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers support participants in their learning development fostering social cohesion, integration, active participation, sense of solidarity and intercultural learning. For this project theather games and tecniques are used to boost self confidence and facilitate communication among people who don’t share a common language. 

OUTPUTS OF THE PROJECT

English classes are held to provide participants with better communication skills and a chance to improve their employability. Sport games are organized both in gyms and open fields to involve individuals in common activities and strenghten a sense of belonging.
