AIM OF THE PROJECT

The project aimed to implement an individual volunteering activity involving young people with fewer opportunities (social, economic, educational, and geographical). Volunteers participated in anti-discrimination sessions, supported disadvantaged children in education, and promoted intercultural dialogue and solidarity in vulnerable communities. They contributed to strengthening EU values such as active citizenship and democracy, while enhancing social cohesion through direct engagement. The project also raised awareness on children’s rights and violence prevention, starting from Gaziantep and reaching national and international audiences. Volunteers gained valuable experience, developed personal insights, and shared outcomes within their local communities as multipliers of change.
